This is such a powerful program.It is exercise the way humans are supposed to exercise! Powerflex is amazing!! I love this program.... I don't need any weight training equipment and I get tone up my body without having to pay for expensive Gym memberships!! Everybody needs to give this workout a try!!

Great site. Now that the infomercial is out others can see first hand what results Powerflex delivers. The fact that you have your family, actual Powerflexers, with proven results, instead of hired models speaks volumes to the results your products deliver and your integrity. I wish I had found this years ago instead of weights. The results are fantastic and it's totally portable.

I'm so glad that with the internet the world is getting so much smaller, even though I am from the Netherlands, I feel like one of the Forystek's neibors. PowerFlex has changed my life, and I seriously mean that. It has done so much for me physically and I will always give the thanks to Powerflex and Jim Forystek. It has not only just given me a great program I can do anywhere literally, but it's opened my mind to new concepts, a better way of exercise, and I will always have it as long as I live, I have almost every exercise memorized and it has done more for me then any other program and I will stick with this for life.
